We not only can, but make it a point to.
This question usually comes to us in a roundabout way. I hear it more or less in the form of “my old computer guy never explained what he was doing much, and when he did he talked down to me…” It’s a sort of sad state of affairs for a provider to not want to explain things to the client, but it happens far too frequently in industries dealing with technology.
We understand that in order to specialize in a field, you may not be as educated in others, which means you need things explained clearly. Einstein once said, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” We believe that wholeheartedly, and do our best to explain things as simply as possible without making our clients feel stupid. After all, we would be clueless about a number of the things that they do without their explanation.
For the month of April we will be running our 30 Days of Answers series, where we answer 30 of the biggest questions people have for us before they do business with us. Tomorrow we’ll have another question and answer. See you then!
