How Easy Will My Site Be To Use?

As simple as we can make it based on your needs.

Simplicity is an ironically complicated idea. People view it differently based on their levels of experience. So to explain how simple something is to use is, much to my chagrin, a variable idea. I can offer you some incredibly objective bits of information that may help you determine this answer for yourself.

We build all of our sites on top of a standardized framework that allows simplified user access. The website’s fundamental editing function works very, very similarly to Microsoft Word. In fact, the option to paste directly from word and have the site format your document to match automatically is built in to the framework. Most every other part of the editing function has a drag-and-drop editor, or WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) function.

Any more advanced options that the site may use can vary in difficulty, but are rarely so complicated that they can’t be taught in an hour or so. If they ever are, we will gladly continue to walk you through them every time you use them until you are familiar, but we haven’t had anything that complicated (yet). We can, upon request, also put together training manuals and/or video so that future employees can be easily trained.

For the month of April we will be running our 30 Days of Answers series, where we answer 30 of the biggest questions people have for us before they do business with us. Tomorrow we’ll have another question and answer. See you then!
