As a minimum standard, we spend at least 5 hours researching for your project.
We believe that no two companies and no two situations are identical, and therefor we can not possibly provide the sort of service our clients expect without doing our research. In fact, we usually like to research potential clients and their markets and competition before we ever meet with them to discuss anything. We make it a point to be as educated as possible in order to deliver the most value possible.
It doesn’t hurt that I, personally, am an obsessive researcher to begin with. My outright curiosity drives hours of research on a wide variety of topics, most of which is relevant to the service I can provide my customers. I insist that anyone who is to be a part of your project do the same research.
It would be foolish of us to assume we know your company, your industry, and your potential needs without doing the research first, and we don’t enjoy looking or acting foolish.
