Think right now about everything you're supposed to be doing right now that you're instead putting off. Think really hard about it, list it out, and really assess it. Why are you putting them off? You don't want to do them? Will you suddenly wake up tomorrow with a new feeling that you want to face those tasks that you've so been avoiding? I wouldn't bet on it.
It's time to deal with a little pet peeve of mine. It's called procrastination. No, procrastination is not harmful when you're taking time off. It is, however, harmful just about every other facet of life. That's the type of procrastination that was a habit for me, and it's the sort of procrastination that's evolved in to one of those things that make me slightly crazy.
