Recently I have been making major changes to my fitness routines and diet. You see, I am 50lbs overweight and have taken up a fairly sedentary lifestyle. I'm not a fan of the gym, I like to eat foods that are considered "unhealthy", and I am a huge fan of the conveniences of being indoors. You might say I'm a bit soft. For those of you who have been reading this blog for a long time, you know that I have been concerned about my health for quite some time.
